Terms and Conditions 

With this Webshop, the manufacturer gives you the opportunity to order products through your specialized dealer.

All orders will be forwarded to the manufacturer’s authorized specialized dealer ultimately acting as contracting party for the fulfillment of the orders.

Consequently, the manufacturer is not the contracting party to this order, but will merely forward this order. The sales contract only becomes effective once the buyer and the specialized dealer reach a final agreement on or confirm the order. On-line orders are therefore subject to a given specialized dealer’s terms of payment and delivery (terms and conditions). Said dealer will, upon receipt of the order, contact the buyer in order to finalize the details of the purchase (e.g. shipping or local pickup, conditions of delivery, payment objectives). The specialized dealer will then deliver to the buyer a final order confirmation or invoice. The prices as stated are inclusive of 8% VAT on the basis of payment in cash on local pickup at the contracting party’s site. Of course, other terms of payment and delivery may be agreed between the buyer and the specialized dealer. Prices are exclusive of any prepaid recycling fees (VrG/Swico), postage and/or shipping charges. Please consult your specialized dealer on any additonal charges/fees.

The manufacturer offers a warranty of – see Warranty on this Web site – on all products, effective as of the date of sale.
