NEW REGULATION GOVERNING EMPTY TONER CARTRIDGE RETURNS 

Our new regulation governing empty toner cartridge returns came into effect on January 1, 2009. And now you can join us in supporting the workshop for disabled people at the Band-Genossenschaft cooperative, by returning your empties directly to the cooperative, where they will be sorted on-site in order to be used as raw material in the toner remanufacturing industry. 
Important notice: The cooperative will only accept empty toner cartridges and no electronic waste or any other waste covered by VRG/ARF (Vorgezogene Recycling Gebühr / Advance Recycling Fee). Be sure to return such products to your authorized dealer. The return address for empty toner cartridges is:

As of January 1, 2009, we ask you to return your empty toner cartridges directly to the Band-Genossenschaft cooperative in Bern. Important notice: Return shipping costs will not be borne by the cooperative. Together we can actively contribute to a cleaner environment and the well-being of all people.
