We offer a 2-year warranty on GenericToner modules, a 1-year warranty on GenericInk ink cartridges, a 6-month warranty on GenericFuser and GenericMaintenanceKit and a 2-year warranty on GenericDrum against material and manufacturing defects, effective as of the date of delivery. Defective products will be replaced by the GenericSupply manufacturer upon receipt. Acceptance of Warranty on Equipment The manufacturer guarantees the compatibility of all GenericSupplies with all printer models for which the relevant GenericSupply has been manufactured. If a printer becomes defective while using a GenericSupply, and if this defect can be clearly attributed to the use of a GenericSupply, the manufacturer will bear the cost of repair, including traveling expenses and spare parts, as follows: a) You have notified your specialized dealer of the problem and: 1. You have submitted the GenericSupply from the damaged unit to the manufacturer in its original packaging. 2. You have submitted a printout from the damaged unit to the manufacturer of the defective GenericSupply. 3. Any handling errors, improper storage, shipping damage and willful damage to property can be ruled out. 4. The GenericSupply manufacturer calls for a technology partner, or you send the unit to a GenericSupply technology partner. 5. The intervention will take place within 24 to 48 hours after the service call to the GenericSupply manufacturer. In all warranty cases or whenever damage occurs, always contact your supplier/GenericSupply specialized dealer, as otherwise the GenericSupply manufacturer will decline any warranty or acceptance of warranty. Technician interventions and/or repairs performed on equipment without authorization and without prior agreement with the GenericSupply manufacturer or its suppliers/specialized dealers will automatically result in a denial of warranty by the GenericSupply manufacturer.
